“7 months”

What keeps you coming back/motivated?
“The No Excuses Crossfit Community and trying to become better everyday.”

How did you find CrossFit?
“Thanks to a great friend, Erika Bodden.”

What is your athletic background (If applicable)?
“I played soccer in middle school and all throughout high school. I also played basketball, volleyball, and ran track.”

How has CrossFit changed your life, lifestyle, level of fitness?
“Before CrossFit, strength training was never an option. It was more about dieting and cardio exercises to lose weight. Now, to me, strength is the new skinny and I love my results.”

What is the one thing you have done here that you never thought you could do? (muscle up, double unders, heavy deadlift, run a mile, etc.)
“A strict pull up.”

Who or what motivates/inspires you?
“The No Excuses Crossfit Community. They are my biggest inspiration and I’m so blessed to have all of them in my life.”

What is your proudest CrossFit achievement?
“Placing top five at our gym in the Crossfit Open.”

Name one goal/personal achievement you would like to achieve through CrossFit?
“Gain the skills to move to Performance Level. ; )”

Hobbies/Interests outside of CrossFit?
“Running with my two labs, baking and snowboarding.”

Any advice for new members?
“Don’t let fear and intimation keep you from becoming the best you can be. There will be times when it will get tough but always remember that Crossfit is about reaching your limits and setting an even higher bar the next time around.”
