Matt Ziesmer had never completed a handstand pushup in his three-year CrossFit career. So when then the gymnastics movement showed up in 15.4, it was time for him to get inverted. He didn’t know if he was going get one or none. He got three! That’s an impressive feat when you consider Matt’s 6-foot-4, 220-pound stature.
Matt’s persistence and patience is what CrossFit is all about. He has come a long way in his CrossFit journey and his hard work is paying off now.
Congratulations Matt! We are very proud of you!!
