Coach Laura’s Take:
“It’s been awesome having Liz in the gym. She has a positive attitude and is a hard worker. Liz has put in a lot of effort working on her weaknesses. I feel like every time I turn around she is hanging from the bar or working on double unders! She jumped in with both feet when she started and hasn’t looked back. I am excited to see how she progresses from here.”
