How did you find CrossFit?
“I learned about Crossfit from several friends at church.”

Any additional thoughts/comments:
“I LOVE CrossFit! I never really expected to be in great shape after having my kids (4 kids in 6 years). I kind of expected to lose the weight but I didn’t ever expect to feel athletic again. I love feeling fit and strong! Thank you No Excuses!”

Coach Brandon’s Take:
“Kim was a little timid about CrossFit her first few months. Then she did the Hugo Open and around that time something clicked. She has been a different athlete in the gym ever since then. She comes very focused to learn and get better each day. She has seen tremendous progress and will continue to improve as she gets more experience in CrossFit.”
