WOD 1 : 8:00 minute time cap
3 rounds:

30 Deadlifts (Rx:225/155, Scaled: 135/95)
30 Box Jumps (Rx: 24/20, Scaled: 20/16 step-ups allowed)
*The 2 people not working have to hold the 100lb Popeye, guys only can use one hand and girls 2 hands and it can’t touch any other part of your body. Reps only count when Popeye is off the ground*

WOD 2: 12 minutes time cap
(1 person working at a time)
75 Wall Balls (Rx: 20/14, Scaled: 10/6)
75 Pull Ups (Scaled: ring rows)
75 Situps
75 Double Unders (Scaled: 225 single unders)
75 Burpees

WOD 3: 15 minute AMRAP
(1 barbell, 1 person working at a time on barbell, but all help with sled)
10 Snatches (Rx: 95/65, Scaled: 65/45)
15 Thrusters (Rx: 95/65, Scaled: 65/45)
20 Meter Sled Push Pull (Rx: 300#, Scaled: 175)
