Any additional thoughts/comments:
“I would like to thank the coaches and other members for making exercise so much fun and challenging. Crossfit has given me something to look forward to when times have been rough over the past year or so. I plan to stay with it as long as I can.”

Coach Laura’s Take:  “Ward is a very coachable athlete. I don’t think I have ever heard him say that he couldn’t do something. He takes coaching and works extremely hard to make the corrections. The improvement we have seen in his squat and general movement since he started is huge! I have no doubts that he will continue to make great strides. Ward is tough, quiet and a really genuine guy. We are glad to have him as part of our No Excuses family.”
