Any additional thoughts?
“I’ve had a blast working out with new friends and seeing everyone get better. Within these first 6 months I don’t think I was this strong my entire NFL career. I really enjoy all of our coaches who always take the time to make sure we are using proper technique while pushing us at the same time.”

Coach Brandon’s Take:
“Michael obviously joined us with a pretty good athletic background. The thing that impressed me the most about him was the first few months he used little or no weight on the barbell movements, so he could focus on form. He didn’t care what other people thought about him or that others were lifting more than him. He wanted to work on his form. That patience has paid off in the last couple of months. Michael has quickly become one of our top male athletes by putting up big numbers in the strength department and also very good WOD times. The scary part is he’s still new to CrossFit. He has a lot more room to grow and I can’t wait to see how he continues to improve.”
