CrossFit Kids Spring Break Camp begins today! The camp is from 5-6 p.m. everyday this week. The cost is $20 for the week and it includes a T-shirt. Boys and girls ages 5-10 will squat, press, pull, skip, run, jump, role and play games every day while being instructed by energetic, caring and qualified coaches. (You don’t have to be a member of the gym to come to the CrossFit Kids camp. Everyone is welcome!)

Essentials:
A.
Two sets for quality, not time, of:
Single-Unders x 40 reps
Walking Lunges x 6-8 reps each leg
Side Plank Hold x 30-40sec each side

B.
For 30 minutes, rotate through the following three stations on the minute:
Minute 1 – Sled Push 30sec (this should be light and moveable)
Minute 2 – Dead Lift x 6-8 reps
Minute 3 – Push-Ups x 4-6 reps
You’ll hit each of these stations 10 times.

Fitness:
A.
Two sets for quality, not time, of:
Double-Unders x 20 reps
Bulgarian Split Squat x 6-8 reps each leg
Handstand Hold x 30-40sec

B.
For 30 minutes, rotate through the following three stations on the minute:
Minute 1 – 50 Meter Sled Push (this should be light and moveable)
Minute 2 – Dead Lift x 6-8 reps 185/135 lbs
Minute 3 – Handstand Push-Ups x 4-6 reps
You’ll hit each of these stations 10 times.

Performance:
A.
Two sets for quality, not time, of:
Double-Unders x 40-50 reps
Alternating Pistols x 6-8 reps each leg
Handstand Walk x 15-20 yards

B.
For 30 minutes, rotate through the following three stations on the minute:
Minute 1 – 50 Meter Sled Push (this should be heavy but moveable– 30-45 second effort)
Minute 2 – Heavy Stone or Sandbag Clean x 6-8 reps
Minute 3 – 6″/4″ Deficit Handstand Push-Ups x 8-10 reps
You’ll hit each of these stations 10 times.
