We are deloading this week.  Volume will be down, but there will still be some days to maintain the intensity!!!

Essentials/Fitness:
a1. Front squat technique work- 10-12 reps @ 2211 x 2; rest 90 sec
a2. Push Press – 6-8 reps (2 sec pause at top) x 2; rest 90 sec
+
3 rounds for times:
15 burpee box jumps
10 pull-ups / ring pulls
Rest 30 sec
