Choose Your WOD — aerobic training effort

Today’s workout is about staying aerobic (or sustainable) while training across the modal domains. You will pick three elements to work on one monostructural cardio (running, rowing, airdyne, ski erg, double unders), one gymnastics element (ring rows, pull ups, push ups, dips etc) and one weightlifting element (barbell work, kettlebells, wall balls etc).  You need to stay aerobic for all three 10 minute bouts.  You should not redline or be bending over, breathing heavy or laying on the ground during or after this workout.
