Thrusters (95/65)
Pull Ups (no bands/no negatives — go ring rows if you do not have unassisted pull-ups)

You should scale Fran to a point where you can complete this workout in less than 7 minutes.  Do not go 95/65 if you will have to break up the reps substantially.
