What keeps you coming back/motivated?
“What keeps me coming back is the coaches. Each individual in the box knowing what pain and pleasure I get from finishing a WOD. The daily dedication on lifting hard and eating clean. Also how great our programing has evolved to separate us from the rest.”

How did you find CrossFit?
“(Former No Excuses CrossFit member) Sanjeeda (Bhuiyan) was the person who forced me to come as speak to Ben. It was the moment that changed my life forever.”

What is your athletic background (If applicable)?
“Wrestling and soccer.”

How has CrossFit changed your life, lifestyle, level of fitness?
“Crossfit has changed my life completely. From the way I eat to the way I squat down and tie my shoes. It’s taken my fitness to whole new level. It’s brought out a competitive side of me who’s been begging to break out. Watch out Rich Froning.”

What is the one thing you have done here that you never thought you could do? (muscle up, double unders, heavy deadlift, run a mile, etc.)
“I never thought I’d be able to learn proper technique along with patience. NEA is continuously teaching me these two key elements.”

What motivates/inspires you?
“The hunger I have to be the best me I can be. (I didn’t even intend for that to rhyme. That’s how motivated I am.)

What is your proudest CrossFi achievement?
“My proudest moment is the first day I walked in the gym.”

Name one goal/personal achievement you would like to achieve through CrossFit?
“My goal is make it to regionals before the age of 26.”

Hobbies/Interests outside of CrossFit?
“Family time, going out with friends, soccer, college football (Go Dawgs)
Hiking, concerts and lots more.”

What is your favorite meal?
“My mothers Guatemalan tamales.”

Any advice for new members?
“Work hard and have patience. Listen to everything the coaches are saying it will payoff. I promise.”
