(85%) aerobic effort.  The theme of the day is “sustainable” – try to work at a pace that is sustainable for the entire 10 minutes and you should be ready to go after the 1 minute rest.  Shouldn’t be resting with your hands on your knees.  You should be able to walk around with your heart rate and breath slightly elevated, but you should be able to talk to someone in class during the rest.  Have fun!
