Snatch
Meet style
You have 3 attempts at a 1RM. Men on one bar cycling threw each person with 120sec to lift per person and same for women. During your rest you will have other bars set up to practice your lift. Ideally your 3 lift should look like this- something your very confident in, then your current 1rm, then a new 1rm.

Clean and Jerk

Front squat x1
Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:
*you will use the weight that is suppose to be your next attempt at your heavy 3 rep. For example, if your last attempt with all 3 reps competed at 200lbs then for today you will use 205 for the OTM. If you can’t complete all 10min then lower the weight to get the 10min but keep every rep heavy.*
