Thanks to everyone who came out to do Murph yesterday!  It was a great group taking on a tough and meaningful workout.

15 Minute AMRAP – Partner WOD

Row 500m or Run 400 m
25 Burpees
50 Double Unders

2 person teams. Partner A starts on the run/row and partner B begins AMRAP of burpees and double unders. When Partner A returns, they pick up where Partner B left off and Partner B begins the run/row.  Score is rounds and reps of the burpees/double unders.
