800 m Run (both people run)

200 m KB Farmers Carry (70/55)

40 Burpees

400 m Run (both people run)

100 m KB Farmers Carry

20 Burpees

200 m Run (both people run)

50 m KB Farmers Carry

10 Burpees

Switch off however you like on the farmers carry – one person works at a time carrying both kettlebells (don’t try to be sneaky, I know you were thinking about it.) Run together, divide the burpees however.
