Coach Brandon’s comment:
“When Kenny first started coming to the gym, he wasn’t very consistent and he was always late with his two kids with him. I didn’t think he would last long in CrossFit. I don’t know when the CrossFit bug bit him, but once it did he was a changed man. He still shows up late with his kids sometimes, but he’s one of our most consistent members. He’s really become a gym rat working on extra things after class. He’s also taken a special interest in his diet and has made tremendous gains from his pot belly to his almost six-pack. Kenny’s biggest improvement has been in his Olympic Lifting where he has put up some nice numbers in recent months. Due to his job, he often has to travel and will always stop at a nearby box to hit a WOD and get a shirt. If there’s no box around, he’ll hit a WOD at a local Globo Gym or in between practice sessions by doing box jumps on a stage. He’s that dedicated. It has been a great pleasure to coach Kenny and watch him transform his body and lifestyle over the last year.”
