Monday 1.28.13

We had a great Saturday at No Excuses!  We had three great classes take on a great birthday WOD, an awesome first free Saturday intro class, high school No Excuses SPORT training and some unbelievable food!  Looks like we’ve got some paleo chefs in our midst.  It was so great to have so much going on at the gym and have the space to do it all!  Let’s have a great week!
