Happy Friday! TOMORROW is our YOU-PLUS-ONE Anniversary WOD! Do you have that friend or family member raring to go?! Remember, we are having classes at 9:30 and 10:30 tomorrow.  When you and your partner arrive, make sure they sign a waiver. That will help us out tremendously so that you guys can get warmed up and ready for the WOD!  Can’t wait to see you there! Today…

5 x 3 Power Clean, 3 Front Squat, 3 Push Jerk

* Start at 70% of your 1RM Clean & Jerk and build each set

Double Under December in full effect!  You still have time to catch up and join in!  Pick a manageable yet challenging number of DU’s to complete each day (10, 25, 50…100..). If you don’t have DU, do 200 singles and then 10 DU attempts each day!
