Happy Wednesday! Time to kill some goats…don’t worry, no animals will be harmed in the completion of this WOD. Just to clarify, goats are a skill or movement that you would NOT want to see come out of the hopper – they are particularly tough for you and you struggle when they come up. (Some examples: HSPU, TTB, CTB, Double Unders, Ring Dips, Push-Ups, Pull Ups…the list goes on…)

Your coach will determine the reps since they will be movement and skill/load dependent.
Double Under December in full effect! You still have time to catch up and join in! Pick a manageable yet challenging number of DU’s to complete each day (10, 25, 50…100..). If you don’t have DU, do 200 singles and then 10 DU attempts each day!
