1. 3 Position Pausing Power Snatch 5×2 Light Rest 90sec

2. Snatch From Blocks Just above the Knee 5×1 Light Rest 60sec

3a. Back Squat 5×3 @81% Rest 90sec

3b. Pull-Ups 5×15  Between sets of Squats.  You still only get the original 90sec break
