Mark your calendars for Saturday, December 8th for our You-Plus-One WOD at either 9, 10, or 11 am.  To celebrate our 4 year anniversary, we are hosting a workout for you to bring a friend to try out CrossFit!  Here’s your chance to bring that co-worker, family member or friend that wants to know how you have been getting so fit and why you won’t shut up about your gym and “the WOD [you] did yesterday.”  We think experiencing CrossFit first hand is the best way to see what it’s all about, and what better way for your friend than working out right alongside of you!
