Happy Monday! It was a great weekend for No Excuses as we had 2 teams compete at the CrossFit HD location of the East vs. West Atlanta Affiliate League competition.  Big shout out to Tony, Fischer, Mount and Blake for finishing 5th overall!  Also, the team of Will, Mario, Tecumseh and Greg H. did y’all proud as well.  If you see any of these guys be sure to say congrats and thanks for representing No Excuses so well!  On to today’s agenda…
