1. Cleans off High Blocks at Hip Height+Split Jerk 7×2+1 Heavy but Fast Rest 90sec

*Note that this is not heavy as possible, it is heavier than what we have done and should be above 65% of your Max Clean but form comes first still, not the weight.*

2. Front Squat 3×5 Heavy as Possible, Rest 90sec

3a. Dip Squat 3×5 Heavy as Possible, Rest 60sec

3b. Push Press 3×5 Heavy as Possible, Rest 60sec
