2b. Push Jerk 7×3 OTM Heavy as Possible with perfect form

2c. Muscle Snatch 7×3 OTM Heavy as Possible with perfect form

*This is a continuous clock for 21min, you have to switch your weights quickly between movements.  You do all sets of a. before moving to b. and do all sets of b. before moving to c.  You are allowed to go up or down in weight mid sets if you feel like it is appropriate.*
