This is the first of 4 “Benchmark WOD’s” that are being programmed to test and/or gauge  your current Metcon capacities.  The reason for this is to establish a point of where you are now and then have something to go by in a few months when we start to “re-develop” the lung capacity.  With the Competitors Programming, we are focusing on, as Ben Bergeron would say it,  “Getting Ha-uge” (BE SURE TO FOLLOW THAT LINK AND READ OVER THE PROGRAMMING TEMPLATE) over the next few months.  So, don’t worry about your Metcon times going down.  We will get the engine built back up and hopefully beyond where we are currently which is the reason for us setting some markers in place to have a gauge to go by.
