30 Wall Balls
This is a team event in teams of 2. Once your teammate starts a round, he or she must complete that round. You may do more than 1 round if you like or switch after ever round.
Here is Lydia improving on her ability to string together wall balls. Things she is doing well: straight lumbar, weight in heals. Some things to improve upon in this movement: straighten up the toes while continuing to push knees out, position ball closer to chest, and keep the head more neutral on the shoulders. Keep up the hard work Lydia!! Your killin it! Oh, by the way, she is only 14 years old and competed well in the last AAL team event with all adults.
