1 Rep Clean & Jerk (Power Clean or Squat Clean) (Heaviest possible weight)
5 unbroken squat cleans
10 unbroken front squats
Rest 3 mins after each round
Reps should unbroken straight through cleans and front squats.
5 burpee penalty if you drop the bar at any point, , so be smart when scaling weight.
