Rest/Recover/Make up/ Skill Work.
Take the necessary time to take care of your body after 5 days of training. If you didn’t make it in on all 5 days, then make up a WOD from earlier in the week and then do some recovery work. It is always a smart thing to follow Kelly Starrett on the MWOD website and do what he teaches in his blog post. Enjoy the weekend and be cheering for the No Excuses Members that are competing in the “I CAN” Games down in Hilton Head, SC.
