– 200m Sprint
– 10 diamond push ups
– 5 Shoulder Presses

NEA Pack (intermediate): (75#/55#, regular pushups)

NEA Scaled: (65#/45#, regular pushups on knees) 

NEA Preggers: (45#, elevated pushups)
