4x 5 min fast w/ 2 minute recovery (out and back with each repeat)

RSS:
Death by X-Jump (or Burpees)
Start with 1 rep at 0, wait until minute 1 then do two reps, wait until minute 2 then do three reps….etc. until you cannot complete the reps in the minute.
