XWOD: Time Trial
Alternate 1 minute fast run, 1 minute rest
1 mile on hilly course
Start each 1 minute run at end point of previous run
RSS:
2 rounds – 20 reps per side (use curb or low step)
Jump ups to 1 leg
SL Squat Touch down to side
Back Leg Elevated Lateral Hops
Lateral Plank Walks
Hands Elevated Push ups
Feet Elevated Push ups
