This is great way to get all the veggies you need for one day!
Ingredients
- portobello mushroom heads (1 per person, 2 if you’re really hungry!)
- nut butter (almond butter works well)
- tomato
- lettuce
- avocado
- onion
Instructions
- Spread 1/4 inch of nut butter on the underside of the mushroom head
- Slice the rest of the vegetables and layer on top.
- Eat like a sandwich!
