Crockpot Pork Loin

This is great especially because it can be made and used for leftovers! Since this takes several hours to make it is best made in the morning and eaten as dinner. However, the leftovers can be used for lunch.


  • 20 oz pork loin
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2+ cups sliced zucchini
  • 4 cups chopped cauliflower florets
  • 1-2 Tbsp basil


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for 6-7 hours, then enjoy.
