Our mission is to establish trust and provide inspiration and education through the strongest of health practices while developing the athlete within; to better lives, one person at a time.

 
At No Excuses Athletics, no obstacle is too extreme. Our staff wants nothing more than to help you look, feel, and live the way you have always dreamed. You only need to believe you deserve it.

As an author and motivational speaker, I have traveled extensively and met many people who have great dreams, but for a myriad of reasons, they are too scared to go after them. When it comes to something as important as your health, there is no room for uncertainty. I promise to help you find results you can measure, observe, and repeat.

My dream for this gym started when I was still a high school student and wrestler at Collins Hill High School. After graduating, I started to compete in power lifting and trained in Mixed Martial Arts. As I continued to learn better health practices for my own competitions, I observed how that information could help positively impact people’s lives.

One year ago, my dream to help people live healthier began to materialize into something real. From that point forward, I worked to assemble a team of the most knowledgeable and motivated trainers in the southeast.

To the best of my ability, I promise to seek out and implement the strongest of health practices in our training facility. Right now, I believe there is no approach as effective as CrossFit. My team of certified instructors will educate you about your health, develop a unique training and nutrition program specifically designed for you, and inspire you to succeed by making you accountable.

We only need four things from you: find the time to attend our group classes, use educated nutrition decisions outside of the gym, give us your best effort, and most importantly make NO EXCUSES!!
